When we took on the task of holding an international conference for 300 delegates, we had no idea of the complexity and difficulty of what lay ahead – dealing with doctors from 18 different countries, different cultural backgrounds and expectations. Dianna Crebbin and her team simply made it happen. They were great communicators. They handled the myriad of details professionally, both major and minor – the venues for the scientific and social programs, the scientific abstract submissions and program preparation, the audio-visual, the industry exhibition, the graphic design and marketing - all cheerfully and on budget. We were indeed delighted with the conference, and the praise that it received, except perhaps for the weather!
