  • At DCC we ensure that there are clear divisions of responsibilities and roles •We give clear guidelines to all stakeholders; eg committee, chairmen briefs, speaker instructions.
  • We schedule meetings either face to face or by teleconference to meet critical path deadlines and follow up with concise minutes and action plans
  • We produce regular progress reports; for example on delegate numbers, trade income, speaker's papers received, social program numbers.
  • We define the marketing strategy and get committee input and approval
  • We use the website to post conference updates and latest developments
  • We use email for individual reminders to committee, speakers and delegates.
  • We have the ability to calmly work within tight timeframes
