* Proof required – Student ID number and a letter from your head of department or equivalent must accompany your registration to qualify for this registration rate. Full time students, undergraduate or post-graduate, are eligible.
- Registration for full registrants and full time students includes entry into all scientific sessions, the conference satchel, program and abstract book, morning and afternoon teas, lunches on each day of the conference, the Welcome Reception on Tuesday 24 September 2013 and attendance certificate.

Payment by credit card upon registration is the preferred method of payment. Payment can also be made by personal cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars only. Cheques should be made payable to the ACNP Conference. Alternatively, payment may be made via Mastercard or Visa. If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 23 August 2013, a full refund will be given (less a $150.00 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Cancellation of hotel bookings should also be made in writing through the Conference Secretariat.
There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a refund as the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equal to one (01) night’s accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled.
