The Sydney Convention Centre is located in the heart of Darling Harbour. The jewel in Sydney’s crown, Darling Harbour is just a ten-minute walk from the CBD. 

The Sydney Convention Centre is the perfect venue with three major buildings including Convention Centre Bayside, Convention Centre Parkside and the Exhibition Centre; the ANZSCoS 2013 ASM will be held in the Convention Centre Bayside.  

The Centre hosts an average of 600 events a year and attracts 900,000 visitors annually.

Climate and Weather

Sydney has a temperate climate with warm summers and mild winters. A visit in August is during the end of winter where the average daily temperate range is a high of 18°C and a low of 9°C.
