Accommodation Options

Block bookings at special rates have been made with the hotel & apartments listed below. Please book your accommodation through the Secretariat via the registration form to obtain these rates. A credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their accounts on departure. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form. Accommodation bookings should be made with the Secretariat before 1 March 2012, as hotels will release group bookings after this date. 

Cancellations and changes should be made through the Secretariat only. There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night’s accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.

All rates quoted below are in AUD$ and include $10% GST.
