Q. When and where is the conference being held?
A. The conference will be held 8 - 11 April 2018 at International Convention Centre, Sydney (ICC Sydney).

Q. Is transport provided between the airport and the venue?
A. ICC Sydney is located only 8km from Sydney Airport. You can make your way to the venue by either Train, Taxi or Rideshare (Uber).
Train: Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney. You can visit Sydney Trains to plan your trip.
Taxi: The best drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of ICC Sydney Theatre, both accessed via Darling Drive. You can visit this Taxi fare estimator to get a guide on Sydney taxi pricing.
Rideshare (Uber): This transport is popular in Sydney and available from the airport. You will need to download the app and create an account beforehand. The app is available for iOS, Android and Microsoft devices. 

Q. Can my special dietary requirements be met?
A. The venue caterers are pleased to meet dietary requirements for delegates with medical or religious needs. Please note your dietary requirements when registering for the conference. Delegates with other dietary preferences are encouraged to self-select.

Q. Do I need travel insurance?
A. If you are traveling by air, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance prior to your trip commencing. This is not included as part of your registration.

Q. What is the dress code?
A. The conference dress code is smart casual attire. Dress codes for the social activities can be found here.

Q. Can I bring my partner?
A. Partners are not authorised to attend sessions or the industry exhibition, however they are welcome to attend social events. Please purchase additional tickets during the registration process. If they are looking for things to do in Sydney, please visit the Pre and Post Tours webpage. If you are arranging your accommodation through the Conference Secretariat please ensure you list your partners name at the time of booking so that the hotel is aware they will be staying with you. 

Q. Is there wireless internet available at the ICC?
A. Wi-Fi access details will be made available at the conference.

Q. Will you be sending my name badge and function tickets to me before the conference?
A. No, your name badge and function tickets will be available for collection from the Registration Desk onsite on arrival at the conference.

Q. Is there parking at the conference? 
A. You can park your car at ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre Car Park (Car Park 1).
