• Day registration includes entry into all conference presentations sessions at ACU plus morning, afternoon teas and lunch on the day of registration, as well as the conference satchel.
• Accompanying Person registration includes entry into the conference Plenary Sessions, a ticket to the welcome reception, morning, afternoon teas and lunch on each day of the conference (Wed 1 – Fri 3 July). Delegates selecting this registration type must be accompanying an attending delegate who has registered as a Full Registrant, or Student/ Pensioner. 


Payment can be made by personal cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars only. Cheques should be made payable to the ANZ Society of the History of Medicine Conference. Alternatively, payment may be made via Master Card or Visa. Payment can also be made by direct transfer, please quote invoice number when transferring funds electronically.

If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to Friday Tuesday 26 May 2015, a full refund will be given (less a $150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration ads-ons (social activities, dinners etc) will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.

There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (01) nights accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled. Cancellation of hotel bookings should also be made through the Conference Secretariat.
