This is special rate for conference delegates
- the normal rate is $39 per person.

Rates include the following services and amenities:

- full use of the Resort fitness centre and health club
- complimentary use of Resort's two tennis courts
- complimentary undercover parking
- complimentary morning newspaper
- Swim with tropical fish in the unique Salt water Lagoon

For those guests wanting to enhance their experience the hotel will
provide an extension of 3 days pre and post on these special
conference rates.

These rates are inclusive of 10% GST and are valid per room, per night.
The rates are valid for occupancy on a single, twin or double basis.

Please book your accommodation through the Secretariat
on the conference website to obtain these rates.
Full payment for accommodation or a credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their accounts on departure.
If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner)
please state their name on the registration form and send one deposit only.

Accommodation bookings should be made with the Secretariat
before Wednesday 25 August as the hotel will release group bookings
after this date.

Cancellations and changes should be made through
the Conference Secretariat only.
After 25 August, there is no guarantee that cancellations will receive
a refund as the hotel reserves the right to charge
for all nights originally booked.
