Dr. Gilly Munavalli is board certified in dermatology as well as fellowship-trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatology surgery at the University of California- San Francisco. He is on the part-time faculty at the Johns Hopkins U. School of Medicine. Dr Bill Anseline completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science majoring in genetics and biochemistry at Newcastle University, New South Wales. Whilst working as a general practitioner with a special interest in skin cancer he solely founded Skin Alert, one of Australia's largest chains of skin cancer clinics. He currently practices and runs an independent skin cancer and medical skin repair clinic on the Gold Coast. Dr Anseline is passionate about giving doctors the tools and knowledge to not only diagnose and treat skin cancer and sun damage but also to repair, protect and educate their patients. His vision has been to develop a state of the art training and research program which provides a turn key medical skin repair and education system. Lee is currently Director of the Medical Physics Department at Westmead Hospital. His interests are in laser and ionising radiation safety, radiology, and nuclear medicine. He has worked in hospitals in Australia and the UK, and during a research appointment in Germany, became interested in laser applications in medicine. He now lectures on medical laser technology, bioeffects and safety, is Chairman of the Standards Australia medical laser committee (which is responsible for AS/NZS 4173), and is involved with drafting international laser safety standards for the International Electrotechnical Commission as an Australian representative. He was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 2003, and is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Medical Radiation Science at the University of Sydney and Conjoint Associate Professor in the School of Medicine, Universities of Western Sydney and Notre Dame Australia. |

Dr Thibault graduated in medicine and surgery at the University of Sydney and worked in General Practice for 11 years before specialising in Phlebology (treatment of varicose veins) and Cosmetic Medicine since 1988. He is Past President of the Australasian College of Phlebology and Editor of the ANZ Journal of Phlebology. He has written many peer reviewed articles in medical journals in the fields of cosmetic medicine and phlebology and has contributed to major textbooks on venous diseases. Dr Thibault is known for his pioneering work in the non-surgical treatment of varicose and spider veins and was the first Australian doctor to use the technique of ultrasound guided sclerotherapy to treat major varicose veins (as seen on 'Good Medicine'). Godfrey is a clinical technologist and Laser Protection Adviser (LPA) studying for a PhD as an Innovation Scholar at the University of Wales in Swansea. He has published scientific and clinical papers in international peer-reviewed journals on the comparative measurement of IPL and laser devices. Godfrey holds a Certificate of Competence in Non-Ionising Radiation Protection and supports over 300 private medical clinics and spas in UK using more than 350 laser and pulsed light devices. For the past five years he has run annual IPL workshops in Australia for healthcare professionals and therapists in private practice for hair removal, facial skin rejuvenation, acne management and the treatment of benign pigmented and vascular conditions.
