Upgrade to a Parkside View Room for an additional $40 per room per night.

These rates are valid for accommodation occupied on a single, twin or double basis and are inclusive of breakfast for one in the Botanica Restaurant.

Rates include the following services and amenities:
 

• Full use of the hotel fitness centre and rooftop heated pool
   
• Guest access to The Link@Sheraton an in-house business and lounge centre
   
• Block bookings at special rates have been made at the conference hotel. Please book your accommodation through the Secretariat on the enclosed registration form or on the website to obtain these rates. Full payment for accommodation or a credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their accounts on departure. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form and send one deposit only.
   
• Accommodation bookings should be made with the Secretariat before Friday 14 August 2009 as the hotel will release group bookings after this date.
   
• Cancellations and changes should be made through the Conference Secretariat only. There is no guarantee that cancellations made after Friday 14 August will receive a refund as the hotel reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation for any rooms cancelled within 4 weeks of accommodation arrival date.
