Registration Inclusions

Registration for full registrants includes entry into all scientific sessions, the conference handbook, attendance e-certificate, morning, afternoon teas and lunches on each day of the conference.


Payment can be made by credit card, personal cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars only. Cheques should be made payable to the NSANZ Conference. Alternatively, payment may be made via MasterCard or Visa. Payment can also be made by direct transfer, please quote invoice number when transferring funds electronically.

Cancellation Policy


If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to Friday 29 January 2016, a full refund will be given (less a $150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration ads-ons (dinners etc) will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat. Cancellation of hotel bookings should also be made through the Conference Secretariat. 


There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (01) night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled.

There will be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social events.  These may be used for promotional activities, including the NSANZ website and social media.  If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience.
