Registration Information and Fees

Registrations are now open. To complete a registration please use the online registration form.

UPDATE: Please note that the option to make payment via "Invoice" is no longer available. Payment must be received prior to the conference and so a valid credit card must be supplied. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for further details.

Conference Fees

Conference fees include registration to attend all main conference events including master-classes, plenary sessions and workshops taking place between Sunday, 23 November and Tuesday, 25 November (other than Gala Dinner).  The fee includes all daytime refreshments including a buffet lunch and evening drinks receptions. The conference fee also includes access to all conference materials including PowerPoint slides, videos and supplementary content.  GST of 10% is included in all fees.

IFIC Discounted - $869 inc GST
The IFIC Discounted fee is available to all IFIC members working in the academic, public and voluntary sectors and/or those coming from lower income countries as well as SMEs and individual consultants. If you are unsure about whether you are a current paid up IFIC member or are entitled to a discounted fee please contact the conference organisers. 

IFIC Normal - $990 inc GST
The IFIC Normal fee is available to all IFIC members working for central government or international authorities and to those working in the private sector (other than SMEs and individual consultants). If you are unsure about whether your organisation is a current paid up IFIC member or to find out more about the benefits of membership, please contact the conference organisers. 

Discounted * inc IFIC membership - $1,089 inc GST
The Discounted fee is available to all those working in the academic, public and voluntary sectors and/or those coming from lower income countries as well as SMEs and individual consultants. Student Registration - $440 inc GST
The Student Registration fee is available to all IFIC student members. The student rate is available to anybody currently in full-time or part-time study in fields relating to integrated care. If you are unsure about whether you are a current paid up IFIC member or are entitled to a discounted fee please contact the conference organisers.

Student Registration * inc IFIC membership - $510 inc GST
The fee is available to all students currently in full-time or part-time study in fields relating to integrated care. Payments

Payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) on registration is the preferred method of payment. Payment can also be made by personal cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars only. Cheques should be made payable to the 2nd World Congress on Integrated Care 2014. Payment can also be made by Direct Transfer, please quote the invoice number when transferring funds electronically.

Cancellation Policy

Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 16 October 2014, a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.

Accommodation
There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled.
