Testimonial
"As this is the 9th occasion since 1995 that the AFRM has contracted DC Conferences to manage our annual conference, we have no hesitation in recommending DC Conferences to organise and manage any similar conference or event. They are a delight to work with."

How do we manage this?
- Face-to-face meetings are important, particularly the early stages of planning, so relationships can be formed with the conference committee to build confidence and trust.
- At DCC we ensure that there are clear divisions of responsibilities and roles
- We give clear guidelines to all stakeholders; eg committee, chairmen briefs, speaker instructions.
- We schedule meetings either face to face or by teleconference to meet critical path deadlines and follow up with concise minutes and action plans
- We produce regular progress reports; for example on delegate numbers, trade income, speaker's papers received, social program numbers.
- We define the marketing strategy and get committee input and approval
- We use the website to post conference updates and latest developments
- We use email for individual reminders to committee, speakers and delegates.
- We have the ability to calmly work within tight timeframes
