Payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) at time of registration is preferred. Payment can also be made by personal cheque (made payable to the APCSC2016 Conference), bank draft (in Australian dollars only) or via Direct Transfer using the details below*.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 30 September 2016, a full refund will be given (less an AUD$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for social functions will be at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.
There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (01) night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled. Please note that cancellation of hotel bookings must be made through the Conference Secretariat and not directly with the hotel.
Letters of Invitation
Please note that our policy is to only isssue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received. A letter of invitation from the conference does not guarantee entry into Australia. Please email: email@example.com to request a letter of invitation after your registration and payment has been submitted.
Please note that photographs will be taken throughout the conference and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including display on the APCSC website and social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience.
