**Corporate/Group Registration

The Corporate/ Group Rate is offered when an organisation registers three (3) or more individuals. A group registration is made via an online form available on request.  Please email the Conference Managers at for access to the form should you believe this rate applies.

-       Entry into all sessions from Wednesday morning to Friday afternoon

Payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) at time of registration is preferred. Payment can also be made by personal cheque (made payable to the ICFA 2016 Conference), bank draft (in Australian dollars only) or via Direct Transfer using the details below*.

Cancellation Policy

If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 28 September 2016; a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.


Cancellations and changes should be made through the ICFA 2016 Conference Secretariat only.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not receive a refund as the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.

Letter of Invitation for Visa Application
Please note that our policy is to only issue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received. A letter of invitation for the conference does not guarantee entry into Australia. Please email: to request a letter of invitation after your registration and payment has been submitted.
