In order to assist you in preparation of your presentation please find some guidelines to assist you prior to and during the Conference.
Please note only standard audio visual equipment will be available for the Conference. This includes a lectern and microphone, PowerPoint provision and screen. The Organisers will provide computers to project from and you will not be able to use your own laptop.
If you require any additional equipment or have specific requirements within your PowerPoint, such as video or audio, you MUST contact the Conference Organisers to discuss these requirements. All efforts will be made to accommodate your needs but it may not be possible in every case.
Please find attached speaker guidelines for you to read. This document includes important information you may find useful onsite and in the lead up to the conference.

All PowerPoint presentations need to be in 16:9 format NOT 4:3. Please note that you can continue to make changes to your presentation and upload it again. We ask for the presentation to be uploaded by Friday 14 June 2019 if possible to ensure our AV team can address any technical issues prior to the event.
There will be a dedicated Speaker Preparation area onsite where you will be able to discuss the presentation and technical requirements further.
