Cancellation Policy for Registration 
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, prior to Tuesday 1 August 2017, a full refund will be provided (less $150 processing fee). No refund will be given after this date, although a substitute delegate will be accepted. 

Cancellation of Accommodation 
There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as the hotels, reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 nights accommodation per booking. 
All guaranteed rooms cancelled at or within 14 days prior to arrival may incur 100% cancellation fee, this being the number or room nights cancelled times the accommodation rate.
