CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 6 March 2017, a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.

Accommodation
There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled. Please see Accommodation page for hotel cancellation details.

LETTER OF INVITATION

Please note that our policy is to only isssue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received.  A letter of invitation from the conference does not guarantee entry in to Australia. Please email ssa2017@dcconferences.com.au to request a letter of invitation after your registration and payment has been submitted.
