On behalf of the Spine Society of Australia, it is my pleasure to invite you to attend the Society’s 30th Annual Scientific Meeting to be held in the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre between the 5th and 7th of April 2019.
The SSA is proud to promote the exchange of scientific knowledge and strengthen friendships amongst those who work in the complex and challenging field of spinal disorders. Under the guidance of the Society’s Scientific Secretary, Professor Brian Freeman, we look forward to an outstanding scientific program.
The Gold Coast is famed for its long sandy beaches, surfing spots and elaborate system of inland canals and waterways. It’s also home to theme parks such as Movie World, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild. Inland, hiking trails crisscross Lamington National Park’s mountain ridges and valleys, home to rare birds and rainforest.
The weather in April is beautiful with an average temperature of 28 degrees.
So please join us for what promises to be a wonderful meeting.
Michael Johnson, President
Spine Society of Australia
