Cancellation Policy for Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, prior to 13 June 2015, a full refund will be provided (less $150 processing fee). No refund will be given after this date, although a substitute delegate will be accepted. 

Cancellation of Accommodation
Cancellations and changes should be made through the Conference Secretariat only.  There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (1) night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.
